Welcome to Rustic Mountain Living Agrihood— An off‑grid, self‑sufficient community rooted in nature, purpose, and connection.

Nestled in Hanover, Jamaica, just one hour from Negril, our agrihood is a unique opportunity to live simply, sustainably, and in harmony with the land. This is more than a place to live — it’s a way of life built by like‑minded people who value community, food sovereignty, and intentional living.

About the Community

Our agrihood will be home to 14 families, living together in an off‑grid, self‑sustaining environment. We currently have 4 families committed, and once all members are selected, we will begin construction together.

This community is designed for those who want to:

  • Live off the land 🌱

  • Grow their own food

  • Share resources and skills

  • Reduce dependence on outside systems

  • Build meaningful relationships with neighbors

Residents will:

Tiny Homes for Sale

Owning a tiny home in our agrihood is more than buying a house—it’s choosing a lifestyle rooted in sustainability, community, and connection to the land. Our thoughtfully built tiny homes offer a comfortable, affordable way to live within a thriving agricultural community while enjoying modern conveniences.

  • Starting at $20,000 USD
  • Fully built with electrical and plumbing hookups
  • 14 x 14 thoughtfully designed living space
  • Durable zinc roof

    • Shingles available at an additional cost

  • American lumber siding

  • Built-in kitchen and bathroom

  • Choose your own exterior color

  • Custom design or size changes available (additional cost)

  • Delivery available throughout Jamaica (additional cost)

How to Start

Step 1: Fill out application and get pre-approved

Step 2: Interview call $200

Step 3: Orientation Retreats (Required)

All interested individuals and families must attend a 7‑day orientation retreat. This is an opportunity for both you and the community to ensure alignment. $1,200 per person or $2,000 per couple. Children under 8 attend free

  • March 13 – March 19

  • March 23 – March 29

  • April 1 – April 7

Once you submit the application and if it looks like a good fit, we’ll send you a link to book an interview call. On the call, we’ll talk through your plans and customize pricing based on your needs.

At the Orientation Workshop, you’ll stay in one of our cozy tiny homes and experience the lifestyle you would live if accepted into our agrihood program. This experience helps both you and our team decide if it’s a good fit.

No experience is needed—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
