Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations and Stays
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for all bookings.
Check-in time is 11:00 AM.
Check-out time is 3:00 PM.
2. Payment and Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
3. Farm-to-Table Experience
As part of your stay, you will enjoy farm-to-table meals featuring freshly harvested produce.
Special requests (such as chicken, lobster, or fish) must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.
Any damage to the property, facilities, or equipment will be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
The retreat is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during your stay.
6. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
