Step 1 — Begin Your Journey
Start with a $200 application and access fee per household (fee will be deducted from choosen package).
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive access to:

- Access to reserve your 10-Day Orientation
Rustic Mountain Living — Move-In-Ready Cabins

The $200 fee is per household, not per person, and will be credited toward the package you ultimately choose.
Step 2 — Ahara Estate Orientation
This step is required only for those interested in Ahara Estate new-construction homes. Rustic Mountain Living cabin applicants do not attend the Orientation.
Before purchasing a new home at Ahara Estate, prospective residents attend a 10-Day Ahara Estate Orientation in Jamaica.
The Orientation is:
$1,720 USD per person
$2,150 USD per couple
Children under 5 are free
Your $200 Application & Access Fee is credited toward your Orientation booking, bringing the cost to:
$1,520 USD for one person
$1,950 USD per couple
During your stay, you’ll experience Jamaica, learn about the Ahara Estate vision and lifestyle, visit the location of the upcoming development, meet members of the community, and have an opportunity to ask questions about available homes, land, and next steps.
The Orientation gives both you and the Ahara Estate community an opportunity to determine whether it is the right fit.
Step 3 — Complete Your Application
After purchasing Ahara Access, you’ll receive the appropriate application for the property you’re interested in.
Ahara Estate: Complete your application before your Orientation and bring it with you to Jamaica. There is no need to submit it in advance.
Rustic Mountain Living: Complete the cabin application and follow the purchase or lease instructions provided through Ahara Access. Once we review the application we will email you the next step. No 10-Day Orientation is required.

At the Orientation Workshop, you’ll stay in one of our cozy tiny homes and experience the lifestyle you would live if accepted into our agrihood program. This experience helps both you and our team decide if it’s a good fit.
